Enrollment is handled on a first come, first served basis beginning about February 15th. We continue to take applications until the classrooms are filled; then a waiting list is formed. It is best to complete the application/enrollment process quickly to ensure a place for your child.

Children can apply to our Kindergarten Program if their 5th birthday is on or before September 1st. The parent must submit an application along with the application fee. Then a time will be scheduled for the child to be assessed with the Gesell Developmental Test, an individual hands-on test, to determine their readiness for our kindergarten program. An interview is set up with the Principal to discuss the test results.

The registration & curriculum/class fee are due at the time of enrollment. The annual tuition covers from September through early June the days West Covina Christian School is in session. Annual tuition can be paid in full or in installments.

Our tuition is an annual fee. We give parents the option to make payments if they prefer – the annual fee is then divided into 9, 10,11 or 12 equal payments. Our payment plan runs July 1st – June 1st. Be aware that the annual fee does not include Christmas, Easter, and summer vacations.
We are open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. Parents who come after 6:00 p.m. are assessed $1.00 for the first 5 minutes and $1.00 for each minute after that.
Children attending full or school day receive a morning & afternoon snack and a nutritious lunch each day. Children attending half day receive a morning snack.
No, however school families are encouraged to be active in a Bible teaching church. Bethany invites any of you who do not attend another church to worship with us.
Bible stories and Christian principles are an integral part of the school day.
No. Preschool children do not wear uniforms. WCCS K-8 grade students do wear them.
